HOW IT WORKS
Applications and leases signed between 7/14 and 8/31 ONLY.
MUST MOVE IN BY 8/31.
Every signed lease counts as one entry.
After 50 qualifying leases have been executed, the entry period will close.
Two winners will be selected at random from the pool of 50 qualifying leases.
Each winner will receive up to 12 months of free base rent, subject to the official promotion rules and lease agreement.
